I find instead of cutting holes it's best to mask and push in part of the mesh dynamesh and continue to push that surface around to create the inner surface. It really helps to see what the underlying topology is when using fill holes etc, so have that on (turn on polygroups) Start with some basic geometry and try things out there, not on a project you are working on, helps knock out variables, once you have something that should work take it to the full project and see if it does and if it doesnt then leverage what you learned to find out why. Please if you can, write me a list in order to get me started and have a smooth workflow, do I need to seperate these things from the start? Do I need to cut the zygomatic process out and have it as a seperate Subtool? Overall, there is no workflow or guide to get me ready on the project. I also tried to cut the zygomatic process by masking top and bottom to make it empty in the middle, but connect and 2 areas.

I cant move the geometry down here at the top You can also see a tiny piece of flying geometry for 0 reason, and you have these thin lines which I can't get rid of like a crease brush you can't erase. The point is to make it thin, but close holes makes a shortcut from one side to another. I saw people say I should use Sculptris pro to move geometry inside the jaw which will "combine it" but I don't have that and I don't have Live Booleans feature. I've pretty much made a mega detailed realistic skull with no refrence in no-time, but trying to cut the holes or make the topology look clean is a nightmare and makes me want to quit. I rarely use Reddit so sorry if things aren't up-to-par. So I've been making a skull which I spent months trying to figure out some things and I'm not happy.
